Want to know how to develop your research idea into a successful research grant? NHS Fife R&D is running a 3-hour course to introduce staff to Research Grant Writing.

Our session covers an overview of all the steps necessary for success, particularly; asking the right question, identifying a suitable funder, the best research methods to use; getting collaborators on board, how to involve patients effectively, and estimating costs. The course will focus on the processes used by the main research funders to assess applications and is suitable for anyone who has some experience of research projects and report writing.

Course places can be booked via Roy Halliday, Research & Development Support Officer, NHS Fife (email roy.halliday@nhs.net).
